Construction Management
Do you need someone to manage your rehab? No problem. We're experienced. Construction management includes progress photos, daily contractor check-in, weekly contractor checkup, and all the babysitting that may come with contractors.

Meet Inspectors
Can't meet your inspector? Don't pay another re-inspection fee and get the ladies at the city all upset. I'll get the inspector in and make sure everything goes smooth, so long as you completed your repairs. If not, let me know - I can have a guy with me to finish the maintenance as we go.

Boots on Ground
Are you out of the area and not sure who to trust as your boots on the ground? Don't worry, we will check up on whatever you need. We'll check if there's evidence of a squatter, determine if your contractor is on site, check on that blight violation to see if its legit, and any other services you require.
